My experience working with Melinda was an absolute joy. Melinda helped me with the sale of my parents’ home, which was the home I grew up in and still had family members living in there and had been in my family for almost 54 years. She completely understood my emotional attachment to the home and was very understanding when I expressed these sentiments to her. She understood how important it was top me that my parent’s home went to a family and not a developer and weeded out those that were not a good fit. As soon as the listing agreement was signed, she went right to work, having professional pictures taken, the house never looked better, and helping me make decisions regarding staging the home, so I would not overspend. When there were some hiccups with the sale, she recommend a professional who came out the same day and resolved the issue so the sale could move forward.
